Stephen has over 30 years experience in the abatement industry in the St. Louis metro area. Mr. Sweet is the founder and has served as the CEO of AMI for all 28 years of operations.
Our History
Abatement Management, Inc. (AMI Environmental Service) was incorporated into business in 1989, as one of only a few abatement contractors in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. While other abatement firms have come and gone, AMI has been operating in Southern Illinois and the St. Louis, Missouri area for almost 30 years now. We credit it our longevity to our strong dedication for client satisfaction.
AMI has been involved in some of the largest abatement project in the area over the years, but our focus is on smaller to mid-sized projects where we can give our clients the personal touch they deserve.
